Working closely with the owner/designer of EVO, the Water Street brief was to create a modern, hip dinning environment while preserving the original character of the building, which was the original home of the “Galt Knitting Company” built in 1920 by the Warnock family.
Project Scope: Phase 1: Main Floor restaurant - Furniture only design and build - two 10’ live edge and blackened steel dinning tables, one 11’ waterfall and blackened steel high top table, along with 4 edge grain and blackened steel benches.
Phase 2: Encompased, the design of a second floor wedding venue. For.M Design did all of the conceptural design drawings and completed the design and build of all furniture which included sixteen- 10’ dinning tables 4 of which required two interchangeable bases to switch the tables from standard height dinning tables into high-top bar tables, three- 8’ tables which created the head bridal table, two entery way occasional tables, one speaker podium, 20’ live edge bar, with bar front steel cladding.
